Some callouts -go to the Diva restaurant, such a cool experience -do the sushi class with chef Michael -take a boat tour with the hotel and not an outside vendor. "A beautiful setting with extremely attentive staff. The Suites are well worth the upgrade. The morning and evening buffet food choices changed every day with excellent varieties. The Spa experience was superb with wonderful views. Would love to return."

"3 hours delay for check in, no any facility such as fridge, tv, dryer, drinking water etc in the room. Staff never gave me permission to use fridge and washing machine in lobby for using so rude and awful. I booked and paid for 3 nights but I stayed just for two nights because was so scary and nightmare. I booked this hotel because the review ratings was good but unfortunately was awful experience."
