"I had gotten a deal off Expedia and it was my first ever trip, plane and all. I can say it was a smooth process checking in and checking out. All the staff we met even just passing by walking around the resort were very kind and helpful, the bar staff especially at the lobby keep it lively, there's many food options I would say the coffee is a must try, although I was a bit confused with the difference in Canadian beef compared to in mexico but all in all was still amazing in its own way. The drinks were strong but they had no issue lessing it for me,, I loved my room I stayed out on that balcony each night for hours and the morning sunrise beeming through the glass doors each morning felt like a fairy tale for me, so much nature and wildlife living free and roaming around. I wish I could come back right now and explore more !"

"My husband and I have been to a few other all inclusives in other places and we were excited to try something new, but didn’t know what to expect. This ended up being our favorite by far! The privilege package made it worth it and the honeymoon suite we got was amazing and had its own hot tub on a private patio. I would say the upgrade is what made this worth it. The Japanese and Privilege restaurants were our favorite, but a lot of great options at the others. The beach and property were what made this place stand out! The water was the clear and warm and doesn’t slope down, yet gradually gets a little deeper. Loved that everything on the property was walkable without feeling too close or too far, and it was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"We went to TRS for a girls' trip and were impressed with the property. The lobby/main building is beautiful, and check-in went smoothly. We stayed in Villa 69, directly across from the smaller, more chill pool. We had jacuzzi poolside suites that were very spacious and clean. There are a lot of mirrors and areas to get ready and store your clothes and toiletries. Robes and slippers. The e-butlers were great in helping us with reservations, drinks for the room, cart service throughout the property, etc. The food at the restaurants was a bit hit or miss for us. We especially liked the food at Capricho and La Boheme. The Chic Caberet is fun but not as sexy as you imagine by the dancers before the show. The infinity pool was our favorite. We were too scared to get into the saltwater one. We did the hydro experience at the spa, which was "ok". Drinks were ever-flowing and not watered down. Room service late at night was terrible and took 2 hours for delivery. Our other hiccup was that the bellman didn't pick me up with my daughters as arranged, which caused a delay, stress, and a rushed breakfast before our transport arrived. This is an excellent place for a more relaxing and quiet vacation. If you want a nightclub and a crazy pool-side party vibe, you will end up at their sister Colonial property for a swim-up bar and live music. Shout out to Belen, Hugo, Alejandro and Nestor. "
