"We really appreciate the place very close to the beach and all the restaurant in the area. People at the front desk and at the cafeteria are very friendly."

"After a long haul flight arrived at the hotel at 8am but check in was not available. Staff said come at 12pm and then 2pm but check in was done at 3pm. Staff not very helpful. Did not respond to emails before arrival date. Hotel is on a busy noisy street, windows are not double glazed. No coffee or tea facilities in room. Limited hangers. Overall hotel was basic quality. Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast had a good choice."

"I just stayed here 2 weeks. The property was deceiving from the pictures. Not exactly the quality portrayed. The place could use some updates. The breakfast spread was really good but was crowded if you don’t get there early. I recommend being early and you won’t be disappointed. The cleaning staff was very unfortunate. "Staff got me a room at 11am on the day of check in, way earlier than the regular check in time, that is awesome because I needed some sleep from a redeye flight. I checked out at 12pm but stored my luggage and they have shower facility for a fee of less than US$3 which is very inexpensive. The breakfast was awesome, so much selection in the buffet. The pool is small, I did not use but the steam room on the rooftop one floor above the pool works really good. I’ve been to Rio 11 times and I stayed...
