"The Hote on Phillips is in an excellent location downtown that makes it convenient for walking to shopping, dinner, and nightlife. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are chic and updated. Overall a very nice stay."

Nice little gaming area. The hot tub was a good size, and It was nice to sit in and relax your body after a lot of walking at Deadwood. "

"The hotel is definitely well-used as it's showing signs of wear. We checked in late- around 9pm- and the pool was packed. Lots of parents tiring their kids out before bedtime. The bed and pillows were the softest I think I've ever slept in at a hotel which led to a great night's sleep! The only negative: the breakfast was...not great. I had high hopes from the setup, but the hot food looked worse than grade school cafeteria from the 1980's. I don't exactly know if food back then was gross, but I imagine it to be. The sausage looked rubber. The eggs were sitting in water. The pastries were..not appealing. The coffee was a step below gas station. So..if breakfast is a big deal, this could be a deal breaker. But for me, the bed is more important, so I'll stay here again if I'm in town. "
