"The suite had absolutely everything I needed and wanted; the location was spectacular. There couldn’t have been better communication from the attentive, friendly staff member. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and intend to return."

"Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"The hotel did not have any hot water. This normally isn't a problem in the heat during summer, but I stayed in March, where the nights were a bit chilly and required a not cold water temperature. When I talked to the hotel about someone coming to fix it, it took him 2 hours to reach our room. This was before bed, so I couldn't go to sleep until they came in to fix the water. "The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. "The apartment was extremely clean. It is conveniently located to the Gzira and Sliema city centers. We were able to walk to different restaurants for all our meals. The only problem was the switch to the water heater kept tripping off. When I called the management, they responded very quickly and showed us where the switch was and reset it. "Lovely property right on the waterfront with nice view of the bay. Everything you could need in a nice two bedroom apartment. There was a problem with the lift which Ruth sorted straight away. Not having a car was a huge bonus for me and bus stops are just along the road where you can get a bus where ever you want to go. "Loved the farmhouse and especially the pool and hot tub. In Sept, still warm enough to use the pool. The area is so quiet, you’d think there are no tourists. Simona was very helpful upon checkin and easy to reach during our stay. Upon departure when we could not prebook a cab for 5 am, she did it for us or we would have been stranded. Bus system in Gozo / Malta is great but not available if you must leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Overall the whole trip was awesome. "

"The apartment was as described, and offers a wonderful view of the harbor from the balcony. All of the amenities that anyone might need were provided and Cynthia (the property manager) gave a full description of all we needed to know on our arrival. A very good grocery store is just around the corner and several good restaurants are close by. We enjoyed Tal Familja most, for the excellent food and service. We would definitely recommend Peter's apartment to anyone."

"I had a 4 night stay in a single bedroom with twin single beds for me and my daughter. I have lung cancer and snore rather loudly which meant my daughter couldn’t sleep. I went to concierge to explain my situation and Edgar was on duty. I explained my situation and in a flash, he had spoken to the manager who couldn’t do enough for me, and offered a complimentary suite for the remaining 3 days. They put a single bed in the lounge and this was all done by the time I had packed up my old room. He also helped me out throughout my stay with recommendations on activities and places to see. Edgar is such a genuine and empathetic person who is a huge credit to the hotel. Thanks for everything. "

"A Delightful Stay at Azur Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Azur Hotel. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the local area, with many attractions and a wide selection of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Breakfast each morning has a wide selection of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes, the breakfast spread was both varied and satisfying. I highly recommend Azur Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-situated, friendly and reasonably priced place to stay."

"Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time."
