"A nice quiet hotel, with a comfortable bed though there was not enough space to walk in the room. As noted by others, there is no tea or coffee making facilities and neither can the heating in the room be adjusted. This is quite inconvenient. The hotel is centrally placed, between the shopping street and the old town and within 15 mins walking from the Guggenheim. "Not a 4 star hotel. Needs a good paint to tidy it up. Looks tired. Food was ok a little repetitive. All inclusive drinks were definitely weak. Had to queue for the bar every night. Rooms sparsely decorated with no where to put anything in the bathroom. Tea facilities in the room but no coffee. Not enough seating in bar area if not with children. Most of staff accommodating but outside bar lady needs a customer care course. "
