"One major complaint I have is with respect to their claiming airport shuttle. I moved new to this town and landed late in the night. I booked this hotel because of their claim of airport shuttle. I come to know on my day of travel on my courtesy call to let them know that I would be coming in late for checkin and and only when I gave them my flight arrival time for shuttle, they say shuttle isn’t available after 7 pm!
