"I’ve noted this hotel in my files as nearly perfect. I actually got a handicap accessible room! I often don’t. Other hotels will say they can’t guarantee that when a third party (like Hotels.com) is used. Well, this hotel accommodated me in every way. Everything was clean and attractive. The staff certainly weren’t rude but they weren’t ‘Marriott friendly’. That didn’t matter to me as I was thrilled with my room and the lodgings in general.
