"My family and I travelled from Tennessee to visit the Ark Encounter, and after a long and wonderful day, we were so thankful that the hotel was so close by. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming, and room service was quick to respond to our texts. We really enjoyed the pool area after a hot day, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. I appreciated the many grab bars in the shower, because one of my sisters is handicapped and she felt safe. The breakfast bar the next morning was delicious with many varieties of foods, which was helpful for my other sister who has dietary restrictions. The seating area was comfy and easily accessible. Thank you so much to the Hampton Inn & Suites for making our family vacation comfortable and memorable. We will definitely recommend you to our friends in Tennessee!"

"Hotel was located close to shopping and food. My only complaint about this stay was that the carpet was sticky, like it had been cleaned a million times and never allowed to dry. Everything else was wonderful."
