"Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms with efficient and unobtrusive elevators. Well above average attractive restaurant for all three major meals. Responsive concierge services 24/7. Only a couple of the overly numerous front desk staff speak reliable English. As in all Japanese hotels I have used, very poor TV offerings in English, almost pointless. I have stayed at this hotel for two to three week stays in three of the past eight years as I have family in Tokyo. Would have been more except for stringent Japanese COVID restrictions. Entirely honest in billing. Fair costs but well above average for travelers with budget worries who should probably stay elsewhere."

"This hotel is right beside Nara JR station. It is very clean and convenience to go around. All hotel staffs are supper nice and helpful. The room is pretty big and full filled of accessory. We will definitely stay back."
