"Fit for purpose for what I was in New Plymouth for, very easy checkin/out, very friendly staff, both at the front desk and the Bar where we bought a meal, twice in fact, well prepared food. I will return. "

The room was spacious and comfortable we loved the bathroom! large shower, great water pressure and a spa bath. we enjoyed the location on the water front and being so close to the city centre food options are endless the shopping was great. The staff were friendly and ensure you have a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting Taranaki."
