"It was an amazing place. Ultra modern and brand new, and 1 minute walk to the lake. Very beautiful and quite area. A great place to relax. Host is very friendly and cooperative. "

"My girlfriends and I visited from Rochester for our annual crafting getaway. The house was cozy and easily accommodated the five of us. The hot tub was a hit, and it was up to temp when we arrived (always appreciated). The property was private and the area very quiet in mid-January. It is also close enough to Livonia to go into town for a nice dinner at Ember or to grab any extra supplies.While the number and size of beds would accommodate 10, with sharing, the rest of the house might feel tight...

"The home was new and beautiful, well-appointed, and in a nice rural (but not too rural) location. It was a lovely place to reconnect and relax with my girlfriends in the beauty of the Finger Lakes countryside. The layout is great and it was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us. The host was very responsive and I appreciate her so much for allowing me to return to the property when I left my wallet during checkout!"

"We stayed at this cottage to be closer to family for Thanksgiving. It has so much character and is nicely furnished. Nice kitchen and new appliances. Our 13 year old loved the loft bedroom. Lots of grassy area to walk our dog. Beautiful views of lake!"

"We chose here (in January) because it was pet friendly and had a hot tub. We had everything we needed for our stay. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, patio, grill, great view out to the back. For those with kids, most of the basement is a game room. Our dogs loved the property and the coziness of the house.We bet warmer weather is even better for groups and gatherings.Very nice host that communicated quickly with us."

"We had a great time in this beautiful house! The kitchen is well stocked along with generous starters of tp, paper towels, hand soap and all the pods needed for washing. There are so many lights it's a game to find all the controls. ;) The property is gorgeous and is a truly relaxing experience."
