"This cottage makes full use of the space allowing for entertaining inside or out. We appreciated the owner allowing different guests to visit throughout the week and stay overnight, with safe parking on the property for several vehicles. The A/C in every bedroom and living area along with multiple fans kept the space very comfortable. Having Two refrigerators was convenient along with 2 picnic tables and multiple seating options on 2 levels. The owner was knowledgeable, very helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. Because we had fabulous weather, we were focused on water activities and chilling on the decks but we did love the Living Roots winery nearby for awesome lake view, property, wines and hospitality. Fourth of July fireworks around the lake allowed us to stay put and comfortably enjoy the experience! "

"Overall we loved this place.There were several issues throughout our stay that we opted to not have addressed. We were only there for 4 days and didn't want our quality family time interrupted with a maintenance person. One issue was related to the shower, the bath feature didn't work - not a big deal for us, another was that the dishwasher didnt work - that was a bit more of a hassle for us as we were making large meals and accumulated a lot of dishes, the last issue was that the door to the kitchen area didn't seal properly. This also wouldnt have been a big deal if the weather had been better. Unfortunately 3 of the four days we were there it rained and hailed and water would seep into the kitchen. The listing mentioned that certain things would be available on site but I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and such, though I did not bring anything to mop so we did what we could to maintain the floors while we were there but unfortunately they only provided one disposable mop pad. I also dont think their standards of cleanliness were up to par with ours as there were dead bugs EVERYWHERE. In every light fixture, every windowsill, etc. We brought so many unnecessary things because the home provided them without us knowing ahead of time (cornhole baords, chairs for a fire, etc.) I also didnt love having to walk through people's yards to get to the dock.Starrwas exlent and communicated well with us, even helping to find a boat launch for us to put our Pontoon in the lake. "

"We loved our stay at Naberly! The house is more lovely than the photos. It was perhaps the most relaxing home rental we have ever had. The farmhouse chic decor of black and white makes the fantastic views of Keuka Lake the focal point of every room except perhaps the bunk room. The bathrooms are spa-like and the laundry is state of the art. The kitchen has high-end GE cafe appliances that we enjoyed using and it is well stocked with everything needed to cook. Most restaurants were not open during most of our stay, so we brought food from home and found a great grocery in Hammondsport for additional ingredients. Master suite has remote blinds so you can open without leaving the comfortable modern 4 poster bed. We were fortunate that the temperature was summerlike much of our stay so we could eat outside many of the nights. There are many deck and dock choices and plenty of comfortable places to hang out. On the cool nights we enjoyed the gas fireplace insert in the living room. The home is very close to Dr. Konstantin Frank winery, probably the best in the Finger Lakes (highly recommend their 1886 tasting). This home would be great for a small family or two couples. The lower 2 bedroom level has its own bath and living space ideal for privacy. Marci is a wonderful host and left much appreciated welcome gifts. Very responsive for any questions. We can't wait to come back!"
