"It wasn't the most modern room I've stayed in but it was clean and comfortable and quiet. The floors do squeak a little when you walk, but that is part of the charm It is definitely more of an inn than a hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves. My one suggestion would be that the lounge area and the junior suite needs to have a TV on the wall as well"

"The young woman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well stocked. Only negative was the breakfast. At 7:10 a.m., there was one yogurt cup, bagels and coffee and juice. That was it."

"We should have been informed prior or at time of booking, and offered some compensation for our stay being the fact that the property was under renovation - so a bit inconvenient arriving thru back and going down stairs with luggage . Continental breakfast was offered as compensation for this inconvenience and a $10 coupon for spa service -there was no full hot breakfast offerings/menu as well and no microwave in the room or water bottles /drinks .
