"Was our first time to the island and we were very glad we chose Santhiya. Staff was very attentive and the property was beautiful. It was rainy season, so swimming at the beach was not possible, but the pools were very nice. We stayed in a garden bungalow and it was very nice. Would highly recommend."

"Liked the wood hut with thatched roof under the palm trees 3 meters from the sandy beach...but did not care for the old worn bed linen, dirty civer, really unhealthy breakfast, 2 star inexperienced staff , unkept surroundings, and cheap shower jell with no soap...thumbs down"

"Just got back from Koh Kood and stayed at High Season Pool Villa & Spa — truly impressed from the moment we checked in. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Thai dishes — full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. If I have the chance to visit Koh Kood again, I’ll definitely stay here...

"Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "

The accommodation was very comfortable and it was such a pleasure to look directly out to the beach and water from the front door. And there was a lovely porch there to sit on and enjoy the scenery. "This property is a couples paradise if your looking for a quiet vacation. Staff is exceptional and every bungalow is positioned for privacy. Great place for rest and relaxation and if you never want to leave the resort, you wont need to. My girl friend and i rented a scooter(moped) from Shantaa and explored the whole island. We only used 1 tank of gas the entire time."
