"Great service. The front desk was 24/7 and I felt safe. They answered every call and helped me with any need of mine. I am a women who traveled alone here and I felt so taken care of and safe. Thank you guys for the amazing service. Water pressure was great and great temperature. Room was clean and bed comfortable. AC worked and Wifi was a bit shaky at times but eventually became consistently working. Would return here again. "

"The staff were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to help, accommodate, and ensure we felt comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the front desk team was outstanding. The airport transfer was smooth, but allow extra time due to traffic. Keep in mind that it’s an older area, so don’t expect modern finishes, instead, embrace it as part of the experience and enjoy. I would definitely return."

"This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund."

"Really lovely hotel with excellent facilities and great location. Lots to do nearby with two malls, metro station and plenty of eateries. Special thanks to the lady house keeper and Angel at guest relations, both so kind and welcoming. We did mention it was my daughters birthday trip but the hotel didn't seem to take note of it which is a shame for a 5* hotel but not a big issue. Daily cleaning excellent, my daughter loved the pool and steam room. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked great. "
