"Absolutely fantastic accommodation, heaps of room for a family of 4 with adjoining rooms. On arrival we were given a city card to use on transportation around Innsbruck at no extra charge. Breakfast was included and beautiful meals. Staff very friendly. The only downside is it was advertised with Laundry on WOTIF but it only has Laundry facilities such as staff will clean for a fee per item."
