"This was a truly excellent stay! The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view of the lake, mountains, and glacier! The common areas were comfortable and the view could not be beat. Can’t say enough about how great all the staff was. They were all friendly and welcoming. I appreciated them helping me plan out things to see that suited my interests. "The owner is very friendly. But the facilities in the room are very simple and lack necessary furniture. The room only has a very small bedside table, a soft chair and a long stool. Water sprayed out from the faucet joint in the bathroom. Even calling the owner could not solve the problem. I had no choice but to wrap a strong napkin issued on the plane around the faucet connection to direct the fine water sprayed out into the bath basin to prevent the water from flowing to the shower room floor....

"Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food was fine, not spectacular, but good. My only minor complaint was that our room was next to the stairs and it was very loud when people would come up/down. However, this didn't really bother our sleep. It is out of town, but it was super easy to get a cab/uber and was walkable in nice weather. But being out of town meant a quiet hotel with an amazing view. "

"A warm welcome at our late night entrance set the tone for the rest of this luxurious all inclusive accommodation. Restaurant staff, eco tour guides were all personable and knowledgeable. Hotel location just outside the boundaries of Torres de Paine national park allows majestic view of the Torres across El Sarmiento lake from all of the rooms."
