"Although the weather was not perfect, we had a delightful holiday here. Tony, the hotel owner, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided us with a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities. However, the hotel staff would need additional professional training. During our first hour at the hotel, I sustained an injury while attempting to borrow a surfboard. "Overall really good, pool area is fantastic and location to the lagoon and water suburb. Only improvement could be that wifi is an extra charge which was quite a disappointment and their dining options could use some revamping (limited menu options in wild ginger restaurant)."

"We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. "The room we had was lovely, they are a good size and we had a nice view. Breakfasts are good, decent range of food. The location was great, just catch the free ferry and you and in the ‘city’. The resort was nice and staff were lovely. Pls remember this is a developing country, not everything is always easily accessible. If you can remember that you will have a great time. "
