"Perfect location. Close to most main attractions and lots of restaurants around. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I booked 2 rooms and had discounted price. Thought I was lucky but then when I get there I understand the reason. The immediate next building is undergoing construction work. In the morning it was noisy, hammering and drilling sound can be heard. Other than this, the hotel is very good. They did not give us the 2 bottles of welcome wine as promised at the time of booking. "I loved everything. Staff were excellent. Especially restaurant staff. Absolute credit to the hotel. Food was great. TV was big which I Loved. Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. Bed was not that comfortable. Found reception check-in a bit slow with queues forming right were the steps are to get to the lift. Not ideal. Would love more english channels. I...
