"This hotel is a pure gem we loved this and was sad to leave. From the moment we set foot into this hotel we were looked after and they could not do enough for us even give us 2 young girls as tour guides who took us around and showed us the sites where to eat and drink anything we wanted they took us and such lovely girls. We only had breakfast which was spoilt for choice was that nice and our room was amazing could not have picked a better hotel so happy and would return here next time we visit."

"We loved our experience at HAIAN beach hotel and spa. The staff were very detail oriented and were quick to answer any questions. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, looked forward to it every morning. During our stay, the safe in one of our rooms was stuck and would not open and the staff came to fix it right away. Rooms were taken care of everyday other than one night and the staff quickly came to follow up if we needed any amenities or towels in our rooms, very nice touch. My only critique would be that the air freshener pumped into the halls was quite overwhelming and too strong. "
