"High end hotel with all the facilities you could wish for. The gardens & fountains are immaculately kept. Many quality restaurants with a huge selection of world cuisines available at your finger tips. We had a luxury ground floor room with a private pool & gardens sweeping onto the beach. I would think no room would disappoint as everything is superb. Needless to say the staff were exceptional, going above & beyond. I cannot fault my stay there."

"We arrived very early in sapa and they had a huge lobby area to relax and wait for our check in. It’s a family run business all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food served for breakfast is amazing and their ala carte dinner is very good especially the hot plate beef. The room is cozy and comfortable with an amazing view and there is a heated blanket, room is true to the pictures they posted. You got to be patient with their hot water for shower though. You can just liaise with the staff...

"Dirty room, only the lobby is clean & nice to attract customers. The room is very old, shower is small, just a tub, slow water with barely no hot water. Toilet is dirty. Room is noisy, and you can hear next door neighbor/kids all the time. Wouldn't stay here again. "
