"The property was a good place , we lived the fenced in yard on back , we lived the screen in porch ( but in need of repairs) . We loved the outdoor fireplace . Nice furnishings, Easy check in and out . Neighbor isn't the best but fairly quiet , just kids playing and dogs barking here and there . Our only complaint is the coffee maker isn't big enough to accommodate 4 people at once . Overall we enjoyed the stay and the property. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend at your property. "

"Such a beautiful property!! The house was very comfortable and had everything you need. We loved waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise over the lake. The dock was great for fishing and the fire pit was awesome! Thank you for the wonderful stay."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The little house was immaculate! Lots of windows to enjoy the beautiful view. Comfy bed and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked. Host is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"House was squeaky clean very convient in a beautiful neighborhood on the lake everything immaculate. Very close to town could not have been better!!"

"What a fabulous place and location. There are so many nooks and crannies in the house that are unique and different. I simply had the best time just staring at the water listening to music. The place has everything one would need and it is not far from a Walmart. We are excited that we will be back again in July."

"Loved our stay on College Street. Decorated great and very clean. The bed was very firm which is tough for side sleepers but ended up on the pullout couch and slept great! Fantastic restaurant two doors down, Yolla!! Met the owners and enjoyed twice over the weekend. The neighborhood is fantastic!! "

"Perfect lake house on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Robbie was very easy to work with and went out of his way to make our trip perfect. The house sits on a beautiful large lot that extends out on a point into the lake. The back of the house faces west and the sunsets were spectacular. We will look forward to coming again soon. "
