Note to future travelers - scan the welcome QR Code *FIRST!* Hot water is on a timer, with a (semi-functional) "boost" button should you need hot water not during the "on" hours (hint: you will need to use it, if you want a hot shower; we never did figure out what the optimal time would have been). If you have 5 travelers, and you tell the landlord, you will still need to set up the sofa bed on your own when you arrive. Linens are in a storage area...

"This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze."

They even left a bottle of Chardonnay for our Friday night arrival and Peter brought over 2 great beers!! Their 2 dogs were VERY friendly and my daughter just loved them. "We opted to stay in Windsor, as opposed to downtown London on our last night in the UK. This property has an ideal location, right across from Windsor Castle. It has a gated entrance to the courtyard, with two locks on the main door to property. We felt very safe. Nice size rooms. It was a perfect commute for Heathrow. Lots of dining options with multiple pubs. "

"Family and friend gathering. 9 adults over 50 years old. We enjoyed being on the Themes and spent our time outside. The house is not meant for that many adults even though it has 5 bedrooms. Many of the beds were too short and one room is clearly a children’s room. The place needs some TLC on furniture, rugs, beds (sag in middle) and outdoor cleanliness…lots of spider webs. But that also adds to the charm. Things to note. One room has up and down steps to bathroom and a very narrow opening. We...

Lovely room by the river

"Lovely room right by the water. Huge comfortable bed. Good shower. Air conditioning, though we didn’t need it in January, still good to know it’s available. The bar is nice though not well stocked. Lack of anything to eat when arriving late was a little downer. The Staff are first-rate, attentive and efficient. Restaurant has a nice atmosphere right on the river. The porridge is to be avoided, just damp oats. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The gym while not the biggest had a lot of equipment, good cardio machines and weight section. The pool was really good and we really liked the outdoor jacuzzi. The cocktails in the bar were incredibly good. I would definitely stay here again. "
