"The man at front desk was wonderful. All front desk staff seemed lovely. Breakfast was really very good. Wish signs in onsen had english. Or like a book in the front change room area with english/other languages for signs/warnings inside. Phone in onsen would be rude/weird. So I have no way to translate signs or warnings."

The women that checked us in was absolutely perfect for this position. She was caring, spoke very good english, and even upgraded our room to a world class ocean view room. I would only stay at this hotel if i'm in Hiroshima again."
