"Kate the Reception Office Manager was excellent and went the extra mile in sorting a minor problem in our room, and even gave us two complimentary drinks. The dining is very good. The breakfast, which was included, is one of the best I’ve had. Full marks for breakfast and excellent staff. Great value, recommend in highest terms. "

"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. Beds were comfy but room itself is in need of a revamp. Shower screen didnt fit bath properly so the floor got...

"Good room, happy with it. The bathroom is build in the room as a cabin, it’s ok for single traveller, but if a couple and a long stay then I wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately the ac was making noise from time to time at night which was waking me up.. great, helpful staff, thanks to the gentleman at the reception, very helpful at check in "

"An outdated facility, room was not very clean and the decor was dated. The beds were comfortable. The location to the University, Ulster Museum, and Botanical Gardens were exceptional. A healthy walk to city centre. The staff was kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. "
