"We stayed at the property as a base for our stay in Belfast. Whilst a relatively small property, it was okay for our needs in terms of what we were looking for as a base. It was clean inside but the outside area (windows & doors) could have been better and the tree outside was littered with dog poo. In terms of location it also certainly fit the bill in terms of being close to the City Centre. However, during the week, there were multiple construction events happening which started at 7.30am....

"A warm cosy home with good utilities. Three double bedrooms, comfy clean beds. X3 bathrooms complete with complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the shower cubicles need some attention and a thorough clean. The blinds on the bedrooms were not sufficient to cover the windows with some slats missing, we were ok as dark winter months but could cause problems in the summer. We were visiting for a family occasion and needed to hang clothes up to prevent creasing unfortunately there isn’t a...

"A beautiful property. Everything that you would need was here. Fantastic location for lots of trips. Patrick was a brilliant host. My only point would be that the stairs are very steep which was an issue for my elderly father. "
