"We enjoyed three weeks in this friendly, quiet property. The home is exactly as advertised, clean, cosy and more than enough room for two people. The huge shared lots allow more privacy than you’d ever get in an R.V. Park. A very quiet and friendly neighborhood,far away from the hustle and bustle of town."

"We enjoyed our stay! Staying local with my family while we visited my in laws for the holidays. It made things so much simpler for all of us. The location is convenient. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable for all of us and would definitely stay again. There was a note the property has a hot tub, which my husband was so looking forward to but it does not have a hot tub. It does have a nice jetted tub in the master though - so he was good. Other than that the house was exactly as posted...

"The property was very nice, clean and comfy. Manager kept me informed with details. The only thing was that the pool was not heated so we could not use it (November) Just didn’t know. Would recommend it. "

"Overall, it was a good stay. We found it could have been better stocked in the kitchen though. There were no wine glasses, no lunch plates (had to use paper towels for sandwiches) and very few glasses and coffee cups. We had to hand wash since we didn't want to run the dishwasher for just a few cups/glasses. Also, need a better selection of pillows. All of the pillows were extremely thick and we could not use them."

"Great home, tons of space and sleep options. Pool and outdoor shady trees area with some small rolling green hills in backyard, very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for what we needed. Very nice def stay here again! "

"The game table was a hit for everyone. The seating out back in the shade was nice and relaxing after our event! Great price quick responses from host. TV’s easy to operate. Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows)."

"This property is nicely located for shopping with lots of dining options close by. Loved having the separate sitting area which could be closed off from the bed. (My husband likes to get up early and read. Pool area is nice and well cared for. I like the privacy dividers which gives shade and a block from the wind as well. Only thing I would suggest is some of the furniture is getting a bit dated and worn looking. But really not too bad, just a suggestion to make it better. "
