"Your staff on duty were very helpful. We happen to be on the third floor and were disturbed by a bunch of pigeons. Your staff was so nice to move us out of that room into another room so we could get some sleep. Just some stupid birds is all. We had a good time"

"Property is clean first floor is not available for someone with limited mobility. First floor accommodate guest with pets. Since i have allergy to dogs or cats, i cannot stay on the first floor. Breakfast was good and room are clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the furniture are outdated. No usb connection on the desk or lamps lights plugin. Elevator is very slow and heard heavy footstep above from other guest on 3rdfloor.Could have some improvement for better"
