"Wasn't too bad when arrived was given handicap accessible room. However at 1055p discovered there was no shower hose to bathe. Then had to move all belongings from one room to far opposite end of motel using a shopping cart in freezing temperatures. Room was not handicap accessible but acceptable. Stay had to be extended.
