"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable and every staff member was always happy and eager to assist. Highly recommended! "
