"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. "When I arrived to Dhaka, this hotel was shut down. I then had to spend days on the phone with Expedia trying to get my money back for a week-long stay. Not how you want to arrive to a city like Dhaka at night. What a nightmare."
