"The property is beautiful from the time you step into the Hotel. The room was very nice and spacious for two people. We stayed in room 2194 and the view was over the Asian restaurant. "Really disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. If we had know in advance, we would have cancelled our booking and stayed elsewhere. Don’t really expect that from Four Seasons, thought that it would have been made abundantly clear to us on booking."

"I loved how different the building was and the beautiful way it was kept. The staff were delightful and caring. Id like to thank the front desk people Prayonya (sorry if that's spelt wrong) for all her help with transport. Also Alpa and the breakfast staff for always making me feel at home and well fed. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps a smoking area for smokers and maybe add a small fridge to the rooms. But I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and was sad to leave. Thanks again.🙏😊"
