Small room as we stayed in a Cosy room on 2nd floor with street view. Good location near Sloane square. The lifts were a bit disfunctional (not coming very quickly, doors not closing very well/quickly) and suite small. Staff very nice. Breakfast Nice but staff slow though Nice. Overall good experience though on the expensive side.

We had a great weekend stay, very friendly staff, arrived earlier for check in and room was ready. Our room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was excellent. Fantastic hotel.
