"The boat is very basic but is in a great location not far from the centre of old Amsterdam. (Ignore Diemen as the location). It’s very cheap for Amsterdam which makes up for its basic amenities. You can make use of facilities in nearby cafes and the Public library. The surrounding area is just off the tourist route so you get to see how locals live. Cees was a great host, very accessible and happy to help out and give advice."

"We had a great stay at the Amsterdam Bob W. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, using the great WhatsApp messaging service. We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. "Excellent stay! Great price for such a luxurious hotel. Was hesitant about it being far from the center but it is across the street from the Metro stop and only a couple stops into the different neighbourhoods to explore (and 6 to centraal). Very convenient, clean and has the coziest beds!! Will stay here again next time I visit. Also loved the free drink voucher if you choose go green at checkout as the bar is lovely! "
