"We got to stay in the upgraded condos! They were beautiful! I had never stayed in the A and B side! Each of one of us had basically an apartment to ourselves. "

"We were very pleased with our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday as well as our daughter's 15th birthday! The unit had everything that you could imagine from an immense movie library to board games. The only thing that I might mention is that the unit needs a severe deep clean."

"Mother- daughter trip for senior week. The house was a nice, spacious, and affordable rental, nearby the town of Duck, with a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach. Check in and check out were easy. Neighborhood pool was nice with areas of sun and shade. Beach access was very private and the beach wasn't overly busy even on the weekend. "We decided last minute to take a short trip to the Outer Banks. Rick was very responsive and communicative. And the condo is a wonderful location with easy beach access and a wonderful view. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would certainly stay again. Hopefully for longer next time."

"Very cute condo and very peaceful. We thought we were going directly though the owner and VRBO , we were wrong it was through Vacasa and not the owner . We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty. Housekeeper did not make bunk beds , restroom reeked of urine. The housekeeper did not do anything , the sheets on the bed in the bedroom were dirty. If I could rent directly through the owner and VRBO I would...

"The property really needs TLC.. many lightbulbs were burned out, furniture torn or soiled, broken windows with duct tape, curtain rods about to fall off……master bedroom was nice, but the mattress needed replaced. Felt like i was sleeping in a hole. The walk to the beach was short and the location is perfect.. the hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it . I would not book this house again, unless updates were made."

"This is a great find. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes for us, the pool is about halfway between the condo and the beach. Walking to the shops in Duck took about 15 minutes. Its all very easy to do, and the outdoor shower is very convenient. They have a fully stocked kitchen and had extra towels put out for us too which we appreciated. We will be back!!"

"My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. We will definitely be coming back, highly recommend this property. "

"The rental was small but charming. The renters hospitality was top notch. They stocked beer in fridge and put out chairs, a beach umbrella and surf boards for them to use. They even left notes on the fridge with all of their favorite places to go. The renters just thought of everything. What a wonderful experience!!!!!!!"

"We stayed a few days on our way to the outer banks. The house is very clean and spacious. We kayaked and pet the donkeys. Would definitely stay again."

Not very clean

"We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. There were ants in the kitchen all around the stove and the glass top on the stove was cracked. We killed 3 spiders (2 WERE IN 2 DIFFERENT BEDS!!). Overall, the house was just not clean; it seems it has been neglected for several months now. Very disappointing."
