"We got put in the Saint Elia building. Condition of the property was good, decently clean. Would have been better if the property supplied tissues, some basic kitchen items like paper towel, water jug, cling wrap and foil. Extra cutlery would have been good too to actually make use of the dishwasher. We stayed in mid Jan and sometimes outside was a bit noisier due to events / kids playing outdoors. But other than location was pretty nice and convenient to jump on a tram to head out and about "

"Great location, easy access to all parts of the city. Short walk to tram station which in the green free team zone. Quiet part of the city on the Yarra River waterfront, close to Spencer St Station for train and Bus Stations, shopping, dining, attractions all close by either by walking or tram in the city or on Southbank. Pool and gym facilities. Would definitely stay there again. "
