"We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."

"The hotel was absolutely sparkling, very high end modern decor, staff were very helpful really friendly, we got lunch while we waited check in time, the restaurant is again super clean and tidy, excellent staff we were very well looked after, the food was very good and very reasonably priced. We were blown away with our stay and it was a very high end stay for an incredible price we will absolutely stay here when we come back to visit."

"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. "Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. "We bought the location. But of course hoped for a nice hotel too. The pictures weren’t bad. In reality it’s dull, tight, incommodious, and we had a broken piece of furniture. Very clean though, with a nice coffee smell (but no way to have a coffee unless you go out or did not forget to fill in and submit a breakfast form last night, given that the nearest cafes are closed till noon). Next time in Oybin, we will choose a different place, sorry"
