"The room was cold upon arrival, but tge bathroom was freezing. While the too. Slowly warmed, the bath never did and the bathroom heater was completely non-functional. We called the desk and they originally offered another room, but shortly after someone came to the room to check it. They then offered a heater instead to stay in this room- so an electrical space heater was placed on the bathroom between 3 water sources- sink, toilet, shower.
