"The property was quaint and as expected from other reviews and the listing details. It felt rather damp but there were electric fan heaters in each room which quickly warmed the place up. The Wi-Fi kept going off and we were unable to make the tv work but that wasn’t an issue as we were only there for two nights."

"The house is situated within a small run of houses looking out onto the loch and across to Skye, it is about 30minutes drive to the main road over scenic mountain roads. Glenelg village has a small shop, community centre/cafe (opening hours dependent) and pub. The house iteself is set with its own enclosed garden and drive area (great for dogs), the back garden looking over the fields and hills. You walk into a fully equipped utility - perfect for wet clothes and then onto the main house. The...

"Great location for us and all needed amenities. The view is spectacular and easily a place we would return to. Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged on arrival so we had to unclog a large amount and also had to buy toilet paper as no spare was obviously seen. "WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Our family stayed at Tigh-Na-Camus for a week as part of a family wedding celebration. The cottage was a perfect place for us and Myra is one of the best hosts we have dealt with. A lovely house with beautiful views of Skye in a wonderful part of the world!"
