"The staff is welcoming and friendly. The place is clean, the buffet is nice 😋 the breakfast is delicious and varied. There was just some construction work at the gym, they had to update this detail. This was the only negative point for people who trained every day."

"This hotel is located in Akwa and accessible to many areas. Finex voyage, market, and shopping center are within a shot walk. The guest wifi was non accessible. The hotel had to provide me with their own internet access. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next travel to Douala. "

"Great hotel in a great location. The receptionists are amazing and made my check-in seem less. The rooms are very clean, the only downside is that the bathroom is too small and there's no space to seat on the toilet pot. "

"I booked this guest house for my family in Cameroon from the united states. They had a great time. The place is calm and very clean. The people are very receptive and soft spoken. Will definitely spend some time here when i next go home."

"Don't be fooled by the reception desk, that is the best customer service you will receive. After that, customer service goes down the drain. The people working at the buffet except for 1 single waitress were all rude and looked like they did not want to be there at all. 3 days and 2 nights and i had NO HOT WATER. Not even luke warm.
