"staff friendly room clean and serviced every day only problem kitchen extract exhaust finished by the window which although was locked shut did not seal It came on at 6am and room smelt of breakfast and later on until around midnight it smelt of malaysian food for that reason I would not stay there again"

"Lovely, friendly and polite staff. Fire door banging next to our room all first night which kept us awake. Informed staff next morning and it was sorted out by the afternoon. Tired decor considering it was the executive luxury room. Bed wasn’t the best to sleep on. Breakfast was good, again, really attentive staff."
