It is a small facility with limited staff, but they still made my very late check-in very easy. The staff was super friendly, and the room was simple by comfortable. Connected to skywalk to get anywhere, including everything at the MAYO clinic, mall, restauraunts, art and civic center, library.Had everything we needed. Pool and hottub were wonderful.
