"Mattress was good but had a slight indentation. Heat system was a little loud. We had a nice view. They have a new elevator system which doesn't let you press button in the elevator which was a little confusing. Overall it was ok."

"The person at the reception desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, as if he was being bothered by the fact that we were checking in (granted, we were checking in after 11 p.m., but I would expect a more welcoming check-in after a flight). The room needed a little bit of a facelift. There was also construction going on across the street at night making it impossible to sleep."

"Honestly this was a wonderful experience from start to finish, every single staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back next time I visit! My only complaint would be that the bed was more on the firm side to my liking, but absolutely nothing about the rest of my stay was bad. "
