"It is located in the centre of the city, lots of restaurant and dessert place around the area.extremly convenient traveling by foot.unfortunately, we found stains on our bed sheet and the washroom has a foul bowel smell. some hairs and dust were evident to the eye across the room but very spacious. no hand soap was provided so we purchased our own."

Wonderful hotel in great location

"Great hotel in convenient location. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful. They didn’t serve breakfast at the hotel but offered free shuttles to various locations. Hotel is walkable to lots of markets, shopping mall and sights. "

"Hotel Excellent location off Penang Road, lots of places to eat, near shopping mall and walk to heritage history. Hotel clean, very relaxing, breakfast excellent, staff very helpful. The tour rep and colleague helped us book a 2 day trip to Kuala Lumper and recommendations, it was very good. A day trip to Penang Hill and Baru Farringu beach is also recommended. Love Malaysia. "
