"Great location but w location comes listening to fire trucks and police sirens. Biggest issue is driving up it’s basically valet parking only or they make it that way. No place to park to check in. Valet is slow and blocking so vehicles are backed up into road waiting. Nice helpful reception "

"I and 8 other friends met in Knoxville, TN to celebrate the visit of long-not-seen English friend who was visiting. Since one of the group was a gourmet chef, the Cook Loft was a natural choice. The spacious and well equipped kitchen was the center of interest as we sat and watched him prepare the 5 course dinner. "The front desk as amazing as usual. However, I was very disappointed in the Continental breakfast. Woke up nice and early to get the hot breakfast I thought would be all there being the warmer containers were all set up. Disappointed there was no eggs and bacon type of bfast ever brought out. "
