"Location and accommodations were wonderful. Only negative feedback is with regards to the valet. I never received the text on day one. When leaving and attempting to get my car, I was then manually sent a text and then was required to enter credit card information instead of being able to just charge the valet cost to the room. I shouldn’t have to enter the information separately. It should just be able to be one charge."

"Incredibly affordable and great location. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel had everything you needed. The valet staff was extremely efficient and didn’t have to wait long for your vehicle. One complaint is that it’s pretty obvious that it’s in need of a major renovation. Too many eye sores for a luxury priced hotel."

"Great stay. Will stay again. Only two things i wish were different....1. I wish the door separating the restaurant area from the rooms actually locked. Theres a card key scanner but the door never locked leaving restaurant patrons access to the rooms. The area around the valet smelled of urine. Not sure how the facility could manage this as I know its due to some of the homeless individuals around the area. But again, it was clean, quiet, I felt safe...will stay again."

"This hotel is in a great location, close to the river and many restaurants as well as the University of Tampa. The staff were very helpful and the bedroom was a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was the traffic noise, which could be heard from the room."
