"Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0"

"Good helpful staff. Swimming pool not accessible for persons using walkers - had to use stairs to go from 3rd floor to 2nd floor pool. Need to do better, especially with the Invictus games completed recently where competitors were staying at the hotel."

"Clean room .Housekeeping did good job and most of all convenient and walkable to everything. The restaurant staff namely Pavel and Rodrigo are very nice friendly and funny best waiter and server good job to both of you. Definitely will come back again and will recommend to my friends."

"Smooth check in. Room is spacious and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the balcony since it was winter. Few minutes walk to Aquatic centre Ferry dock. We enjoyed the tiniest ferry ride to Granville Island. Nice walk to Robson St. We were on the 5th floor, I didn’t have any noise issue. We would like to stay here again! "

"Although this is an older building and starting to show its age, it has been kept up well. The elevators are old and some are out of service, so the wait is longer. There is paint chipping and the bathrooms have not been updated. The bed was fantastic, the view from the 20th floor was beautiful and the room was very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes up for any of the issues. The Beyond Coffee cafe has exceptional Illy coffee! I was here for a medical appt at St....
