"PROS: This was a wonderfully quaint guest house in a quiet, yet walkable location in Key West. Roman is amazingly knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, really felt calm and at peace. CONS: Only one is the resort fee, but that's personal thing, I hate resort fees and wish they would just make the price $25 more rather than tacking on an extra fee. "The Palms hotel was a unique experience from the traditional stay at a hotel. Its Victorian style appearance and cozy rooms enhanced the atmosphere. Their Continental breakfast was a suprise as they offered pool side dining and made great use of the space to offer a wider variety of options compared to a lot of big hotel chains. I can see myself staying here again the next time I visit the Keys."

"Is a great property. It is very conveniently located to Duval Street and the marina area. The room was spacious, and although the support staff was not on site, they were very responsive to any questions or concerns we brought up.
