The property is a lil tired. This is not a traditional hotel it’s private owners each unit. That means there is no housekeeping or traditional upkeep daily. Also no responsiveness to issues. The floors were very dirty in the room and no way to clean it. Loved our pool bar server Angela, she was so engaging and fun. I don’t really recommend for. Traditional hotel patrons.

This is a nice resort on Key West! We enjoyed the stay here and the fun vibe around the pool and bar. It’s a little ways to main key west but the shuttle was very convenient!

Nice place to get some sun both on the beach and by the pool. The free hotel shuttle takes guests into town every hour. Duvall Street in town is a bustling scene with so many places to eat, drink, shop and watch the magnificent Key West sunset in Mallory Square. Our room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Overall it was nice. The room was very small and terrible view for the money. Comfort level of bed and pillows was less than average. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. The restaurant was too expensive .It was a little far from eveything but we had bikes and it was doable. They also offer a shuttle from the property which was very nice.

It’s a lovely property with spacious units, especially the 2 & 3 bedroom suites. The units were fully equipped with what you’d need to prepare meals (if you wanted) and included a full-size refrigerator. The units also boast very comfortable beds and higher-end flooring, furniture and decor. The bathrooms were also very nicely appointed. The balcony included comfortable furniture and nice views of the pool and beach.

Terrible Experience and they put us in a room that the Toilet, Refrigerators, and Coffee Maker did not work, and it had a small window to the garage parking lot. We will never stay here again

This property is beautiful & has great potential. The pool is large & heated, and it has a great view of the ocean. The parking should be free since the hotel is a 10 min. drive to downtown St. Augustine, but it's $25/day. There is a complimentary shuttle to downtown, but we weren't able to use it since it was always too full and only comes at the top of every hour. We wish we could give this more stars, but the experience was less than satisfactory. We arrived at 4:20 and were given our keys. The room was not cleaned. The dirty sheets were on the floor and the trash was not taken out. We had already brought all of our luggage/belongings up, so we had to take them all back down to the car to let the front desk know that our room was not ready for us. The office clerks were nice and helpful, but they were overwhelmed with hotel guests complaining of rooms that weren't ready. Considering that checkout time is 10am, this wasn't acceptable. Another problem is that I received 4 texts prior to arrival and several emails, but none of the communication mentioned that the rooms weren't cleaned daily, but only upon request. We needed more coffee, etc, and our trash needed to be taken out. When I asked why our room hadn't been cleaned, I was informed that it's a service that needs to be requested. No where in the room, texts, or emails did it state that important information. The bartenders at the pool were rude & tired. Hopefully service improves so we can try it again.

For the 2 nights we were there our sleep was greatly disrupted by roosters crowing starting at 2:30 in the morning. The bed was not comfortable the pillows were terrible. One staff member in Town& Tavern was rude. Texting with the concierge is a great idea but it took them hours to return messages and as their ws no phone in the room you couldn't call the conceirge or front desk.

The staff informed us that new ownership was going with a more "VRBO" approach. No housekeeping services unless you pay more. We were assigned a very worn handicap access room. What was purchased was a standard room. The entire facility was worn. Our elevator was out of order, so you had to use stairs or walk from an adjacent building. Realistically, we were there to see Key West, not use the hotel.
